How we research and update our content
Last updated: October 2026
Our blog posts, comparisons and help articles are written by the Crumblelead Team, the people who make Crumblelead. Facts about other products come from their official websites, pricing pages and help docs, and we note the date we checked them. We take no paid placements or affiliate commissions, every page shows when it was published and last updated, and we fix verified errors whenever someone reports one.
Who writes Crumblelead's articles?
The Crumblelead Team writes everything published on this site. Because we make Crumblelead, our comparison pages are written by a vendor about its competitors. We say so on every comparison page, so you can read them with that in mind and check the sources for yourself.
Where do facts about other products come from?
Pricing, features and policies for other tools come from each company's official website, pricing pages and help documentation. Articles that state those facts link to the sources, either in the article itself or on the comparison page it points to, and give the date we checked them. Where a company does not publish a price, we say so rather than guess, and any third-party estimate is labelled as an estimate.
Are any rankings or links paid for?
No. We do not accept payment from other companies to appear in, or be left out of, any article, and our links to other products carry no affiliate codes or commissions. When we link to another company's site, it is so you can check a fact at its source.
How do we keep comparisons fair?
We aim to describe every product accurately, including our own limits. Comparisons and alternatives guides name the situations where another tool is the better fit, such as features Crumblelead does not offer, so you can rule us out quickly if we are not right for your agency.
How do we keep articles up to date?
Every article shows the date it was published and the date it was last updated. When a product's pricing or features change, we update the article and its updated date.
How can I request a correction?
Anyone can ask us to correct an article, including the companies we write about. Email [email protected] or use our contact page with the page, what is wrong and a link to the correct source if you have one. When we verify an error, we fix it and update the article's date.
Do we use AI to write content?
AI tools help us research and draft. A person on the team reviews every article before it is published.
