Crumblelead is built for perm recruitment. You can mark jobs as contract or temporary, but there are no timesheets, payroll or right-to-work checks.

Yes. Crumblelead has a built-in AI assistant called Crumble, and you can also connect Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP assistant to your workspace. It works with your real candidates, jobs and pipeline, stays inside your workspace, and follows your permissions.

Yes. Our free Chrome extension adds candidates and companies to Crumblelead straight from LinkedIn, including their work history and photo. You can drop someone into a job or talent pool as you import them.

Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook to send emails from candidate and client records using your own address, and connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to keep it in sync both ways. Connecting email lets you send from Crumblelead; it doesn’t import your inbox.

Yes. Format any candidate’s CV into your agency template and download it as a PDF or Word file. One switch removes contact details, or produces a blind CV with the name and photo hidden.

Gmail, Outlook or any SMTP mailbox for sending email, Google and Microsoft calendars with two-way sync, LinkedIn through our Chrome extension, Claude and ChatGPT through MCP, and a REST API. There is no job board posting and no accounting integration.

There is no app-store app. Crumblelead runs in your web browser.

Any time. An admin can request a full copy of your workspace from Settings, and we’ll send your clients, jobs, candidates and CVs as CSV files, usually within 3 business days. You can also export everything held about a single candidate, or permanently erase a candidate when they ask to be forgotten.

Yes. You can send candidates consent requests, set data retention rules that flag records as they age, produce a full subject access request export for any candidate, and erase someone’s personal data on request.

Your data is encrypted at rest and every request is served over TLS, tokens for connected accounts are encrypted, roles control who sees what, and each team’s data is kept separate from every other team’s. Our security page covers hosting, certifications and breach notification.

No. We never train or fine-tune AI models on your candidates. Crumble AI runs on a third-party AI provider’s API, and under that provider’s terms, data sent through the API isn’t used to train their models. Your data stays isolated to your team. It’s in our terms, and it’s a line we won’t cross.

Fair question. You shouldn’t, yet. Start a free trial, import one client, and run it alongside your current ATS for the 14-day trial. If it earns its place, keep it. If not, you’ve lost nothing but a few evenings.
