Tell us what you have
Send us your current ATS and a rough idea of volume (candidates, jobs, clients). We'll come back the same business day with a migration plan.
We pull the data
We work from your system's exports and backups, and its API where one is available to you. You stay in your old system the whole time.
Mapping and dry run
We map candidates and CVs, clients and contacts, jobs and pipeline stages, notes, owners and placements into Crumblelead. Then we load a dry run into a sandbox so you can sanity-check it.
Cutover
On a date you choose, we run the final import. Most teams cut over in about a week. Larger agencies (100k+ candidates) usually take two.

Migration questions
How much does migration to Crumblelead cost?
Nothing. Migration is free on any paid plan, whether you are moving from another ATS or from spreadsheets.
How long does a migration take?
About a week for most teams, depending on your data size and format. Larger agencies with more than 100,000 candidates usually take two weeks.
What data do you bring across?
Candidate records and CVs, clients and contacts, jobs and pipeline stages, notes, owners and assignments, placements and revenue history, and file attachments.
Can I keep using my old ATS during the move?
Yes. You keep working in your current system until the final import on a date you choose. Check the result in Crumblelead before you close the old account.
Do you migrate CV files, attachments and emails?
CV files and other attachments come across with their records, and notes come across as notes. Past emails are not imported into Crumblelead's email history, which holds the emails you send from Crumblelead.
What happens to custom fields from my old system?
Crumblelead does not have custom fields. We map your data into Crumblelead's standard fields, and you tell us what else you need to keep so we can agree where it goes, for example in notes.
