How Much Does Loxo Cost in 2026?

Loxo costs from $149 per user per month on its Core plan, billed annually and paid up front, as a limited-time new-customer offer. Professional is quoted on request, though Loxo's pricing page refers to it as $199 per user per month with 2,500 AI credits; Enterprise is custom.

Loxo restructured its pricing alongside its "Next Generation Loxo" launch in 2026. Monthly billing and the free plan, both listed in early 2026, are no longer on the pricing page, which now states "Annual plans, paid up front". What does each Loxo plan include?

Core is the ATS and CRM with AI search. It suits a team that wants Loxo's interface and search but sources mainly elsewhere. Professional is where Loxo's distinctive features arrive: the sourcing graph with contact details, AI agents for intake, longlisting, shortlisting and outreach, an AI note-taker, and in-app chat with a choice of Claude, GPT, Gemini or Grok models.

One detail needs confirming. The pricing page lists MCP, Loxo's connection for Claude and ChatGPT, under Core, while its MCP page says MCP is "included for customers on professional plans and above". If that connection matters to you, get the answer in writing.

How do Loxo's AI credits work?

Professional includes 2,500 pooled AI credits per user per month, refreshed monthly, which fund agent and AI chat usage. Loxo sells Credit Boosts at two times (5,000 credits) and five times (12,500 credits), but does not publish their prices. Heavy agent use is therefore a cost to model before signing, not after.

Which Loxo costs sit outside the seat price?

Migration is free on Core for three or more seats; below three seats Loxo offers a guided self-serve migration. Complex migrations on Professional and Enterprise are sold as fixed-price packages scoped before signing, with prices not published. Credit Boosts are extra. The 7-day trial gives full Professional access with no card, so you can test usage before committing.

What do Loxo's contract terms mean?

Loxo's master subscription terms, effective 12 June 2026, provide for automatic renewal, non-refundable fees, and fees that may change at renewal. Combined with annual payment up front, that means the full year is committed on day one. The $149 Core price is labelled a limited-time offer, so ask what Core will cost when you renew.

On exit, the terms say one full data backup is available by request at no cost. Loxo's help centre says data is removed 30 days after non-renewal, and the self-serve CSV export excludes resumes and activity history. Request the full backup before your renewal date.

The recurring complaints are price and renewal increases, useful features gated to higher plans, and a learning curve. Value depends on use. An agency that sources from Loxo's graph and uses its agents every day gets far more from Professional than a perm desk that mainly needs an ATS.
