ATS Pricing & Costs

How Much Does Vincere Cost in 2026?

By The Crumblelead Team·Published October 15, 2026·Last updated October 15, 2026

Vincere's CRM and ATS licence starts at £69 per user per month, plus an AI Smart Pack charged per agency from £25 to £349 a month, on a minimum 12-month term. For five users that comes to about £4,440 to £8,330 a year at list prices, before support plans, analytics or modules such as timesheets.

Vincere, now sold as Access Vincere Evo, moved from bespoke quotes to published pricing in late 2025. vincere.io blocks automated checks, so the figures here come from archived copies of its pricing page, the latest dated 18 April 2026. The page itself notes that "prices may vary depending on requirements". This guide was last updated on 15 October 2026.

What are Vincere's published prices?

The CRM and ATS licence is "from £69 per user (per month)". AI features come in Smart Packs, charged per agency per month on top of the licences.

Smart PackFrom, per agency per monthWhat it includes
Base£25Candidate scoring, job description and ad creator, Copilot AI, Feeds, Evo Docs, base analytics, Spaces, mobile app
Present£139Base plus AI candidate summaries and candidate speccing
Automate£235Present plus chatbots, CRM automation and an enrichment agent
Elite£349The full suite, plus more analytics storage and third-party data connectors

Because the packs are charged per agency, they weigh more heavily per user on a small team. Our arithmetic from list prices puts a two-person agency on Elite at about £244 per user per month, against about £139 for five users.

Which Vincere costs are not on the pricing page?

Several items are quoted separately. Support plans are described as flexible and are not priced. Advanced or custom analytics and a third-party connector need a professional-services consultation plus a premium add-on. Screening and onboarding, and pay and billing through TimeTemp, come from the wider Access suite.

Setup and migration also need a quote. A November 2025 copy of the pricing page said all plans included free data migration, setup assistance and training; that line is absent from the February and April 2026 copies. Pin cites ITQlick estimates of $2,000 to $10,000 for setup and $3,000 to $15,000 for migration. Those are third-party estimates, so ask Vincere for a written figure.

What do Vincere's contract terms mean?

Vincere's FAQ sets a minimum contract term of 12 months, with savings on two- or three-year terms, and says "you're committed to your annual spend (ARR)". Its Smart Move scheme lets you reallocate that spend between CRM licences and Smart Packs, and volume discounts are available.

In practice, a team that drops a seat mid-term may still owe the committed spend, so model headcount changes before signing. Reviewers also describe renewal terms: one Trustpilot reviewer reports automatic renewal unless you give three months' notice on a 12-month term, and another reports a 6.5% increase in April 2025. Each is a single user report, so check your own agreement.

What does it cost to leave Vincere?

Admins and Super Users can export candidates, contacts, jobs and companies to CSV at no charge, up to 5,000 records per export, without CV files or emails. A complete copy, including SQL backup files and CVs, is a chargeable service: you submit a Professional Services Form, receive a quote, pay, and the export is processed within 10 business days.

Vincere does not publish the fee. A Capterra reviewer cited by Pin reports paying "over €1,000" to receive their data; that is one report, not a price list. Vincere's FAQ says that on cancellation it will "provide guidance on data retrieval", with costs depending on the specifics. Ask for the backup quote before you sign, not when you leave.

What would a five-person agency pay?

Five licences at £69 come to £345 a month. Adding each Smart Pack gives these list-price totals, before support, analytics and modules:

OptionPer monthPer yearPer user per month
Licences plus Base£370£4,440£74
Licences plus Present£484£5,808£97
Licences plus Automate£580£6,960£116
Licences plus Elite£694£8,328£139

These are our calculations from list prices, not Vincere quotes. For comparison, Spott estimates about £104 per user for ten users on Elite, and Pin about £1,039 a month for ten seats with Elite. Crumblelead costs $30 per user per month in USD, so five users pay $1,800 a year on monthly billing or $1,500 annually, with AI included. We have not converted currencies.

The comparison is about subscription cost, not equal scope. Vincere covers perm, temp and timesheets, which Crumblelead does not. See Crumblelead vs Vincere for the feature comparison and our ATS pricing guide for how to compare quotes.

How does Vincere's price compare with other agency ATS in the UK?

Several vendors publish GBP prices, which makes a like-for-like comparison possible for UK agencies. All figures are per user per month and exclude VAT.

Is Vincere good value for a small agency?

Its users think so. Capterra reviewers score it 4.7 for value, and G2 reviewers report an average discount of 10% and a return on investment in about 13 months. Trustpilot is more mixed, at 3.8, with complaints concentrated on contracts, billing and data exit costs. Value depends on use: an agency running perm and temp desks gets more from the platform than a perm-only team paying for a Smart Pack it rarely opens.

How has Vincere's pricing changed?

Archived copies show the shift. In January and September 2025 pricing was bespoke, combining a licence fee, implementation fee and customer success plan. By November 2025 Vincere had published the £69 licence plus Smart Packs. It told existing customers it had "moved away from our previous bundled pricing approach which loaded all the modules into the PUPM price".

What should you ask Vincere before signing?

  • Which Smart Pack covers the AI features shown in the demonstration?
  • What does the support plan we need cost?
  • What is the notice period, and does the contract renew automatically?
  • Is migration and setup included, and if not, what is the fixed price?
  • What would a full backup with CVs cost if we left?

Where Crumblelead fits

Crumblelead costs $30 per user per month, or $25 billed annually, with every feature on one plan, no seat minimum and month-to-month terms. It suits perm-focused small agencies. Vincere is the better choice when perm, temp and timesheets in one system matter most. Compare other options in our Vincere alternatives guide.

FAQ

Does Vincere offer a rolling monthly contract?

No. Vincere's pricing FAQ sets a minimum 12-month term with a commitment to your annual spend. Monthly invoicing, where offered, does not mean you can end the commitment each month.

Does Vincere charge for a full data export?

Yes. CSV exports are free up to 5,000 records each, but a complete backup with SQL files and CVs is a chargeable service, quoted individually and processed within 10 business days.

Is migration onto Vincere free?

Not necessarily. Vincere's pricing page dropped its "free data migration" line in early 2026, so ask for a written quote for setup and migration.
