Recruit CRM costs $109 per user per month on its Pro plan with monthly billing, or $95 billed annually. Business costs $159 or $135, and Enterprise $259 or $215. Each plan includes a pooled allowance of credits for usage-based features, with extra credits at $0.125 each.
Recruit CRM now publishes its prices in USD, GBP, EUR and several other currencies, and moved during 2026 from separately sold add-ons to a credit model. This guide sets out what each plan includes, how credits work, the costs outside the seat price, and what a five-person agency would pay. It was last updated on 15 October 2026.
What are Recruit CRM's published prices?
Per user per month, monthly billing / annual billing, excluding tax. Annual billing "saves up to 17%".
| Plan | USD | GBP | EUR | Credits per user per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $109 / $95 | £85 / £75 | €95 / €79 | 100 (worth $10) |
| Business | $159 / $135 | £125 / £105 | €135 / €109 | 200 (worth $20) |
| Enterprise | $259 / $215 | £195 / £165 | €225 / €189 | 2,000 (worth $200) |
A third-party review notes that captures of the pricing page on the same day showed different price lists, so always quote the currency and check the live page for your region.
What does each Recruit CRM plan include?
Pro includes custom field parsing, candidate submission and candidate pitching agents, a GPT integration, unlimited records, invoicing, Zapier, GDPR tools, a named account manager, 24/7 chat and a mobile app. It is limited to one hiring pipeline, 15 custom fields, one mailbox and one sequence.
Business adds a resume formatting agent, the MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, multichannel sequences, executive search reports, white-label, XML feeds, Broadbean, LogicMelon and CV-Library connections, the open API, SSO, IP whitelisting, custom roles and audit logs. Enterprise adds the Recruit Craft website builder, quarterly business reviews and ten times the credits.
How do Recruit CRM credits work?
Credits are pooled across the team, worth $0.10 each, and top-ups cost $0.125 each. They fund AI sourcing and matching across more than 800 million profiles, data enrichment, workflow automation, multiposting and XML feeds, job change alerts, the AI notetaker, LinkedIn messaging, WhatsApp, SMS and calling, advanced analytics, and timesheets for each active contractor.
Recruit CRM's terms say enrichment credits are non-refundable even if the returned data is inaccurate, and free trial credits can be withdrawn at any time. For a team that multiposts or messages heavily, model monthly credit use during the trial.
Which Recruit CRM costs sit outside the seat price?
Self-import is free. Assisted migration is paid, priced by data volume, and takes 10 to 12 business days; the price is not published. Credit top-ups are extra. A competitor's blog also lists LinkedIn messaging, advanced analytics and the Recruit Craft website builder as separately priced, but some of those figures may predate the credit model, so confirm with Recruit CRM.
What do Recruit CRM's contract terms mean?
The terms say subscriptions renew automatically for the same term, at the standard charges at the time of renewal. Charges are non-refundable, including for partial use, and if you end early you owe any unpaid charges for the rest of the term unless they are waived. Enterprise customers get at least six months' notice of price adjustments when new add-ons are introduced.
In practice, monthly billing gives the most flexibility, at about 15% more than annual. Annual billing commits the year. The 30-day trial is long enough to decide which suits you.
What does it cost to leave Recruit CRM?
The account owner can run a CSV Data Export once a day and a Full Export with every attachment once every 90 days, at no charge, as long as payment is up to date. After termination, data is kept for 14 days. Run the full export before you cancel.
What would a five-person agency pay?
Using published USD prices for five users over twelve months, before tax and credit top-ups:
| Option | Monthly billing | Annual billing |
|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM Pro | $6,540 | $5,700 |
| Recruit CRM Business | $9,540 | $8,100 |
| Recruit CRM Enterprise | $15,540 | $12,900 |
| Crumblelead | $1,800 | $1,500 |
The comparison is about subscription cost, not equal scope. Recruit CRM includes timesheets, invoicing, multichannel outreach and a credit allowance that Crumblelead does not offer. A team that needs MCP would compare Business with Crumblelead's single plan. See Crumblelead vs Recruit CRM for the feature comparison and our ATS pricing guide for comparing quotes.
How does Recruit CRM's price compare with other agency ATS?
Published entry prices in USD per user per month, checked 15 October 2026, with what each vendor includes at that price for timesheets and Claude and ChatGPT access:
| Platform | Entry price | Timesheets | MCP from |
|---|---|---|---|
| Recruit CRM | $95 annually; $109 monthly | Included, using credits per active contractor | Business |
| Manatal | $15 annually; $19 monthly | Not included | Enterprise Plus |
| Zoho Recruit (Staffing) | $25 annually; $30 monthly | Not listed; invoicing through Zoho Books | At no extra cost, using API credits |
| Loxo | $149, annual and paid up front | Not listed | Core or Professional (Loxo's pages conflict) |
| Bullhorn | Starter $99 | On larger plans and back-office products | No official MCP server found as of 15 October 2026 |
| Crumblelead | $25 annually; $30 monthly | Not offered | Included on the one plan |
For a UK team, five Pro users cost £5,100 a year on monthly billing or £4,500 annually, before VAT and top-ups.
How has Recruit CRM's pricing changed?
Archived pricing pages loaded prices dynamically, so past list prices cannot be read reliably. What the archives do show is that through at least June 2026 many capabilities were sold as separate add-ons, such as workflow automation, multiposting buckets, advanced analytics and LinkedIn messaging. The current page bundles them into pooled credits and renames the tiers Pro, Business and Enterprise.
Is Recruit CRM good value for a small agency?
Its users think so. Recruit CRM scores 4.9 out of 5 on GetApp from 478 reviews, with 4.8 for value and 5.0 for support. Reviewers praise its support, ease of use and frequent releases, and several describe it as good value against older agency systems. The most common caveat is that Pro's limits push teams to Business.
What should you ask Recruit CRM before signing?
- Will Pro's one pipeline, 15 custom fields and one mailbox cover our team?
- How many credits will our usage need each month?
- What will assisted migration of our data cost?
- Which currency and price list applies to our account?
Where Crumblelead fits
