How Much Does JobAdder Cost in 2026?

By The Crumblelead Team·Published October 15, 2026·Last updated October 15, 2026

JobAdder does not publish its prices. The best available estimates put it at about US$100 to US$200 per user per month on an annual contract, and one UK user reported paying £85 per user per month in February 2026. Treat every figure here as an estimate, not a JobAdder price.

JobAdder's pricing page asks you to "contact us for pricing", and review sites such as Capterra UK show no vendor-supplied starting price. What JobAdder does publish is its plan structure, which is set by team size. This guide sets out the plans, the estimates with their sources and dates, the costs outside the seat price, and a five-person example. It was last updated on 15 October 2026.

How are JobAdder's plans structured?

JobAdder assigns the plan by headcount rather than letting you choose freely. The plan structure was introduced around May 2025.

How much does JobAdder cost?

These are the most useful data points, from the most to the least reliable. None is a JobAdder price list.

Taken together, the licence cost reported by real users clusters around £85 to £110 per user per month. Confidence is low to medium, because there are only two or three real-user data points. Ask for a written quote.

Does JobAdder charge for implementation?

JobAdder's FAQ says implementation takes two to four weeks, or up to ten weeks for complex migrations. It does not publish a fee. Third parties report one: the €550 figure above is secondhand, and ITQlick's US$2,000 to US$10,000 is an assumption from market averages. Ask whether your quote includes implementation and data migration.

Which JobAdder costs sit outside the seat price?

JobAdder lists paid add-ons available on any plan: Dedicated IP, API with sandbox, SSO, Broadbean, Smart Forms and a Hiring Manager Portal. Job board posting fees are paid to the boards, as with any ATS.

Reviewers report other extras. One Capterra UK reviewer (September 2024) says AI licences had to be bought for all users. A June 2026 Reddit thread says SMS, dialler and prospecting tools need paid add-ons or third-party subscriptions. Payroll and timesheets come through partners such as Astute and Timesheet Portal, priced separately.

What do JobAdder's contract terms mean?

JobAdder says annual contracts billed monthly or annually are available on Lite and Essential, and that Pro requires an annual contract. Upgrades can happen at any time, pro rata. There is no free trial, though annual and nonprofit discounts are available. We could not read the detailed contract clauses, so check renewal and termination terms in your own agreement.

On exit, JobAdder's FAQ says it deletes account data 90 days after termination, that you can request a backup before then through support, and that backups are deleted two weeks after they are generated. We found no published export fee, but could not confirm either way.

What would a five-person agency pay?

A five-person team is on Recruiter Lite. Using the estimates above for five users over twelve months:

BasisAnnual cost for five users
£85 per user (one UK user report)£5,100
About £108 per user (one UK user report)About £6,480
US$100 to US$200 per user (ITQlick estimate)US$6,000 to US$12,000
Crumblelead, published priceUS$1,800 on monthly billing; US$1,500 annual

These are estimates for JobAdder, not quotes, and we have not converted currencies. The comparison is about subscription cost, not equal scope: JobAdder's SEEK integration, job board multiposting and temp tooling have no Crumblelead equivalent, while Lite has no AI, which Crumblelead includes. See Crumblelead vs JobAdder and our ATS pricing guide.

Is JobAdder good value for a small agency?

JobAdder is rated 4.4 out of 5 on Capterra UK from 161 reviews, including 4.3 for value, though most of those reviews are from 2014 to 2018 or carry an incentive tag. Users praise its ease of use, implementation and SEEK integration. Recent complaints mention slower support, limited reporting and paid add-ons. For an agency in Australia or New Zealand that relies on SEEK, its value is clearest.

What should you ask JobAdder before signing?

  • What is the per-user price for our plan, in writing?
  • Is there an implementation fee, and what does it include?
  • Is the contract annual, and how does renewal work?
  • Which add-ons does our workflow need?
  • What happens to pricing when we grow from Lite to Essential?

Where Crumblelead fits

Crumblelead costs $30 per user per month, or $25 billed annually, with every feature on one plan, AI from the first seat and month-to-month terms. It suits perm-focused small agencies. JobAdder is the better choice when SEEK, multiposting or temp compliance matter most. Compare other options in our JobAdder alternatives guide.

FAQ

Why doesn't JobAdder show a price on its website?

JobAdder sells through a sales conversation and does not publish prices. Ask for a written quote naming the plan, contract length and any implementation fee, and treat third-party figures as estimates.

Does JobAdder offer a free trial?

No. JobAdder's FAQ says there is no free trial, so ask for a demonstration using your own sample data.

Can I upgrade my JobAdder plan mid-contract?

Yes. JobAdder says upgrades can happen at any time, charged pro rata. Plans are set by team size, so growing past five users moves you from Lite to Essential.
