Manage seats, billing and invoices

Crumblelead has one plan: $30 per user per month, or $25 per user per month billed annually, in US dollars. Only admins can see and change billing.

Where is billing?

Go to Settings > Billing. From there you can subscribe, switch between monthly and annual billing, open the billing portal, and cancel or resume your subscription.

How do seats work?

You pay for one seat per member of your team. When you add someone to the team, a seat is added, and when you remove someone, a seat is removed. The charge is adjusted pro-rata, so there is nothing to change by hand and no seat minimum.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Choose the other billing period in Settings > Billing. You see a preview of the change before you confirm it.

Where are my invoices and payment details?

Open the billing portal from Settings > Billing to download invoices and update your payment method. The portal is run by Stripe, our payment provider.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can resume the subscription before then. After that, your workspace becomes read-only. An admin can request a full copy of your workspace from Settings, and we'll send your clients, jobs, candidates and CVs as CSV files, usually within 3 business days. See Export all your data.
